1.1 The PredictMail Service allows users to predict the validity of email addresses by checking their presence across more than 120 websites and verifying the existence of associated Google accounts.

1.2 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, reliable, or meet your specific needs. Some features may not function correctly or may have limitations, and we recommend testing the Service at a later time if you encounter issues.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1 You agree to use the PredictMail Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful purposes.

3.1 We actively monitor the use of our Service to detect any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. If such activities are detected, we reserve the right to block the user's access to the Service and permanently ban the user from accessing our website.

4.1 PredictMail does not store or retain any personal data. Searches and data related to the email validity checks are not saved on our servers. It is your responsibility to save any data you wish to keep. We will not be liable for any loss, alteration, or modification of data.

4.2 All data provided by the Service is presented "as is," and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. PredictMail is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this data, including but not limited to hacking, alteration, modification, or destruction of data.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We disclaim all responsibility for the use of the Service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5.2 We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your data. The Service is provided for free, and you assume full responsibility for your use of it.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the PredictMail Service, including trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and other content, are the exclusive property of PredictMail or its licensors. You may not use these elements without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to the ToS

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the ToS regularly to stay informed of any changes.

8. General Provisions
